Beautiful chapel views from our room which also overlooked a sweet field with sheep. We were welcomed at the door and bid goodbye personally. "The snacks in the reception are ALL high in sugar. To use the hairdryer it needs to be pressed down at all times which is very frustrating. A simple on and off switch much more practical and makes it easier to use for people with joint issues. Shampoo is kindly supplied maybe it would be possible to supply a little conditioner!? The staff is super friendly and helpful 🌼🌼"

"Booked two rooms for ourselves and relatives for a three night stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The Hall is an old building with lots of character and has those little corridors running off in many directions which I find intriguing. Our room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was clean with a good size shower and quite modern. The windows in the building are the old style metal frame single glazing so we're difficult to open and you can hear outside noise so if you're a light...

"Really enjoyed our night here for our anniversary. Room was bright, airy and clean and the hotel was very nice. Breakfast was good with lots of choice. One thing we did notice is that it does require some maintenance on the outside. Our room was on the 1st floor, with a small balcony. Although the weather was fine, we were unable to sit out there as there was too much sitting rainwater, and from looking on the ground up, the balcony edges were worn and looking tired/ messy. "Spotless room"

"Very corporate. Premier Inn and Travelodge do it better. We did complain about the quilt and it was replaced. Expect better quality bedding - lumpy pillows and duvets should not be allowed. Poor taste in bedroom art - who wants to wake up to bugs?"
