"The internet was terrible if you don't go to certain areas of the room, some areas in the bathroom were a bit unstable, there was mold at the bottom of the shower door, the bed sheets were either stained or ripped, the housekeeper would sometimes leave the dirty plates and cups behind, sometimes for days. And there were bed bugs in the bed."

Our room was spacious enough for the whole family, and the beds were really comfy. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of options, and the kids loved it. The location was also great — close to shops and restaurants but still nice and quiet at night. Everything was easy and stress-free, which made our trip even better. We’d definitely stay here again next time we visit. Highly recommend for families!"
