"We really enjoyed our stay at Crowne Plaza Resort Asheville. It’s a great choice for anyone traveling with pets — very pet-friendly, comfortable, and with plenty of space around the property for walking. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the resort has a relaxed atmosphere. We would happily stay here again."

"The hotel & bar experience was exceptional. Very disappointed in the restaurant however. We wanted to eat brunch on Sunday morning- restaurant was practically empty to find out it was an hour+ wait due to lack of servers & kitchen staff. That was very disappointing. We will be back for the hotel & bar for sure."

"We were only there for one night but we want to come back for a weekend. Asheville was such a neat little town and I wish we could have explored more. The hotel was nice and the staff were friendly. We didn’t get a chance to check out the restaurant or bar, but next time we will."

"The staff was very helpful. They assured me that there was a gas station near the airport for when I return the car. The location of the hotel was perfect. It was very walkable. The breakfast Monday through Friday was great Saturday and Sunday. They had one of those heat breakfast things and it was OK, but I love the personalized breakfast during the week when it wasn’t as crowded."

"Room & bathroom were very clean.. older hotel, but great for a quick stay. Beds were comfortable, breakfast & breakfast attendant (very nice lady) were great. Gentleman at the front desk (appeared to be manager) was very helpful and kind. We were in for ETSU family weekend. Will stay again."

"Great location which was close to all the restaurants and seeing all the spots downtown. We didn’t eat here because we wanted to experience local foods. We did have drinks on the rooftop bar which had a great view. Parking was easy for $25 a day which is a great price. Staff were friendly and hotel was clean. Our room didn’t face the street so it was quiet but the only thing was that we would have preferred a non handicapped room. It felt a little cold. I highly recommend this hotel!"
