"Room was dirty, no hot water to shower. Arrived to window being open and a bottle of bleach cleaner left on table to cover up a foul smell in the room. Front desk clerk was kind and allowed us to move to another floor when the smell of smoking affected my asthma, even though rooms are non smoking."

"Considering how poorly every thing I dealt with was cleanliness wise, I skipped risking eating breakfast at the hotel. This is my big issue: i was met with an unannounced $250 deposit against smoking damage in my smoke free room. The room smelt like a cigar bar. Demanded a different room. That room smelt like a wet dog. Quality Inn's idea of handicap accessible is hand rail in the tub, when my issue is raising my leg high enough to get in and out of the shower. The desk clerk tried to help but I demanded a written letter from her so they didn't try to blame me for the smell in those two rooms. At least her hand writing was better than her broken English."
