"Great hotel reasonably priced that includes a very tasty breakfast. The room was comfortable and big enough to not feel claustrophobic. The front desk was very nice and plenty of free parking. Only complaint was no way to charge phone by the bed. Had to plug in at table which means every time I wanted to check the time I had to get up and walk across room"

"Overall it's good for a night or two at best. Upon check-in I noticed a broken towel hook, a couple stains on the couch, a child's toy and lots of dirt under the couch, and there was no trashcan. I let the virtual front desk know about the towel hook and requested a trashcan both through text and a phone call. They said they would make a note of the hook and have someone bring a trashcan. "This is a very clean hotel. The breakfast was very good. There was a self check in process which I didn't realize ahead of time and wasn't informed of before I got there. I am actually not sure how I was supposed to get the code but I ended up ringing the bell in the small lobby to get someone to respond. There is also no airport shuttle other than one you can book yourself from a 3rd party. It does stop at the hotel but other than that the hotel doesn't have anything to do with it."

"The room was perfect for 4 adults. We also had a small kitchen and fridge which was perfect for breakfast in the morning or if you arrive late from exploring and want to prepare a quick dinner. The staff was friendly and very nice. The breakfast option was not the best so i do not recommended. For long stay parking park in the Radhous public parking across. It will be better and cheaper."

"We found the apartment’s lighting was too dark because of dark color of walls and not enough of lighting fixtures. Besides the fixtures are spot lights type so that certain areas were not covered. No headboard lights. The room is quite decent and very clean. Ample space for two people. Location is quite good, closes to the freeway leading to downtown Reykjavik."

"The hotel was in a very nice location walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. The bed was especially comfortable. When we were a little too warm, the front desk provided a fan, which was perfect. The breakfast was excellent. We had dinner one night at the hotel and it was also delicious."

"Only had a tiny window on left side of room. Leaving room quite dark. If you like sun … not the room for you. Massage was mediocre. Slippers were NOT provided. Breakfast was standard continental breakfast. All was fresh. Location is good."
