"Julie and the cleaning staff was so helpful and very accommodating when we needed to extend the night. We travelled with a toddler and a baby and she did above and beyond to make sure when we had to change rooms to be smooth and easy. Overall whenever we stay here and every stay is always an excellent experience!"

When I asked they tried to explain fluctuations of rates vs availability - I know - that is why I booked in advance. I was part of the "occupancy" calculation!!!!! This is the first time this has happened to me and I've been traveling for 40 + years. I won't stay here again."

"I was in the city to accompany a seriously ill family member.You did not offer the medical discount available for family members; the hotel doesn’t offer one on its website. The hot water ran out half way through my shower at 5 a.m. and the security lock got stuck in the closed position and I had to jiggle and push the door to get that bottom lovk unstuck. I mentioned all this to the clerk when I checked out and she said there was nothing she could do. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel."
