"We planned to stay at this hotel for 3 nights, we booked because of the charms of a classical building. We arrive late at night and unfortunately the condition of the hotel in general is bad. The rooms have mold in several walls making it unsafe to stay there. The outside walls are damaged too. We have to leave in the middle of the night because even that hotel provide another room after an argument with front desk representative, the room was with mold and in bad shape too. "Me and my daughter, 10y/o stayed. Property is very pretty. Pool is climatized (not hot, not cold). Watrtslide is fun. There is a big dune right on the property where you can climb or sandboard on(sandboarding can be scary here, Huacachina is better for the boarding) the trail that goes around the property is a great morning walk. Everything was very clean and the restaurant and bar options for food are very good. Great for a family trip. Would return with my kid/nieces."

"The whole property is simply beautiful. It is a vineyard and winery (pisco distillery really) “old hacienda” turned into a hotel. The building (hotel, rooms, restaurant, gym, chapel, distillery) is all in the vineyard. Some rooms overlook the vineyard (gorgeous). The staff is friendly and professional. Food was delicious (local and international dishes. The pool is perfect. "

"First off let me say when I got there I had misplaced my passport and they went out of their way to guide me on what to do if it was ultimately lost. Thankfully I found it. Great stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and welcoming. Showers were great. The restaurant was excellent (taku taku highly recommended). This was a wonderful experience. Would recommend to anyone traveling to Ica."
