We are so sorry that things weren't great for your stay. We are a small staff working to keep things nice, so we are often out cleaning or maintaining the property. That is why the phone number is posted on the office door in case we are not available in the office. We always fix things as soon as we notice they are broken or as soon as someone notifies us of broken items. We are replacing the door of the cabin you were staying in. If there is anything else, we will definitely take care of it for future guests. Again, we are sorry that we missed the mark for you. We take complaints very seriously.

We are very sorry you did not have a good experience. We do pride ourselves on being clean, friendly and helpful and do receive many great compliments on our staff and facilities. We are a campground and not a hotel, so our amenities are understandably different. Unfortunately, we have had to repair the hot tub 3 times in the past 2 weeks due to guests who didn't follow the rules. The pool does not have a leak and it does not get drained. The water is displaced when we vacuum the bottom of the pool from all the debris we get from the rain we have had. That does require us to fill the pool after a good vacuuming. Also, the daily rain storms have caused the mud you are showing in the park area. We wish you would have spoken with one of us. We aren't trying to make excuses, but explain some of the things you had trouble with. We do try very hard to help our guests have a great time while staying in our park as well as have everything clean for everyone. Again, we are very sorry things did not go as you had hoped. We will be using your situation to address any items we can correct.

Thank you for your comments. We do try to keep the cabins and shower/bathroom houses clean and ready for our guests. We have some cabins that do have bathrooms and some that do not. The bathroom cabins do sell out very quickly. We are happy you enjoyed your food as well. Hopefully we will get a chance to see you again.

I am terribly sorry your experience was not great. I did leave a map in your cabin that showed where the shared bath house and shower house are. They are shared with other campers as advertised. I’m not sure about the bites but I will check the cabin for anything. Part of the camping experience is that there can and will be bugs. We clean cabins after every guest including under all beds but this time of year the bugs are trying to get inside and we they will show up between a stay. We do everything we can to provide a clean comfortable stay. Please contact us with any more comments as we do take your complaints seriously.

I am sorry that your stay was not up to your standards. We do work very hard to keep things clean, but sometimes we don't get into the showers after guests have made a mess and before the next guest as quickly as we would like to. We do try to check them often for that reason. I will be looking into the futon in your cabin and see why it wouldn't recline. I was not aware I had a problem, but I will be checking immediately.
