For the price of the hotel, it is literally one of the nicest most friendly hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I can’t tell you how amazing the front desk staff is and the daily housekeepers and maintenance crew. This was such a great day. It will definitely be back here again

The hotel is convenient for many events that I attend in the Connecticut and Massachusetts areas and is usually quiet and comfortable. However it is starting to show it's age. Faded carpets, bedspreads, window seat cushions. also, tub and toilet are showing age and wear. I hate to see the condition deteriorating, as it is a place that I have stayed at for many years

Basic roadside hotel. Felt more like a motel. Cheap enough but lacks any warmth and welcoming. Pros were clean bed and workable AC. Free parking. Cons were rust residue in toilet bowl, thin walls and loud neighbors, no hot water at breakfast for tea or oatmeal. Police were questioning the desk manager when I arrived ! Avoid this hotel if you can. If you don’t care then stay

The staff was great and all but I suppose you get what you pay for here, burn hole in the blankets, very small rooms (much smaller than the pictures make it out to be) and just a general uncomfortable vibe with the colors and such

Evening check in staff very accommodating. This is an older facility. First floor area despite non smoking signs everywhere was unpleasant. Hot water for shower plentiful. Bed comfortable.

Night staff was very nice! Room was okay but you can hear through very thin walls. The shower curtain smelled strongly of smoke, and more so when the shower ran. The smoke detector went off during shower. Morning staff said they have had problems recently.

Good for a couple days.

It was fine for a single night. I got a room with no amenities in the room but it was very clean. Small shower head but the water was hot. I liked the location and check in and out was easy. You pay more for a fridge or microwave room. The only negative was you could hear when everyone left their room as the door slamming was very loud.
