"Lovely area for skiing, hiking, and biking. We really enjoyed this hidden resort area. Unfortunately, it was just a one night stop for us, on our drive across Poland. "Als wir einchecken wollten sollten wir sofort unsere 3 Übernachtungen und das Frühstück bezahlen wir waren es gewohnt immer am Ende zu bezahlen. "5 stars for all staff, absolutely excellent service, nothing was a problem!!! We have excepted much more from the food though, using frozen vegetable in meals, meals which should be served as hot was almost cold, instant taste in meals, etc... We had the same poor experience with food at hotel Konsel. It seems like both hotels in area are aware of being only ones with restaurants and are not bothered about quality of food...It is shame as mountain food has always been the best quality. "

"No hot water in room first night. Fixed next day. Both nights very noisy from restaurant cleaning below room. Had to make reservation for pool and spa area, but it quickly filled up with people. Some brought alcohol to hot tub. Small children were jumping in and out of hot tub. Don't know why reservation was needed or rules about alcohol and children were posted.
