"Avoid Room 22 floor, doors, bed squeaked. Door for the corridor was right next to our room every time someone opened it , it banged shut and the whole room shook. The boiler must also be close to the room or a main pipe noise from it all night ! Staff were all very nice and helpful. We had pre-booked a table for dinner stating not in the middle of the room or in between two others disappointed when it was bang smack right in the middle and no other tables we could have . Wouldn’t stay again. "

"The staff where really helpful. The rooms are clean. The meals where good the Bruce chicken was really nice. I was working early and rooms where quiet. But would occasionally hear someone walking by."

"We stayed 2 nights here . What a wonderful hotel . The staff were amazing. Helpful and very friendly . First night we ate in the restaurant. Food was plentiful hot and so delicious What a star Neil our waiter was . Happy to chat about the area and gave us some ideas of where and what to visit . Loved the ladies at breakfast who were so attentive . Again food amazing and piping hot til the last mouthful . Thank you Duck Bay Im sure we will return one day ."

"Staff was the BEST part of our stay! Attentive & went above & beyond. We had an early flight and they still accommodated breakfast to go for us. Rooms were clean & bed was comfortable. Parking however can be limited and you may have to park on the street. However you can pull up to the main entrance to drop your luggage with the staff so you do not have to make the (very) short walk if you have to street park. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"What you would expect from a Marriott. A airport shuttle would have been an excellent service to offer. Due to airport tax, a ride if less than 5 minutes at 5:30 am was £20. We woukd have walked, but the route seemed a little convoluted. "
