"I arrived a day early by accident 😬 but the staff were amazing and changed my day for me which i was truly grateful for. The room was spotless with a heater, fan, iron, hairdryer, kettle etc... I had a lovely evening swim in the heated pool. I didn't eat there as i was with my 13 year old daughter so we went to the nearby shopping center for food and a mooch around but the food at the hotel smelt so nice and it looked good with a nice bar and lounge area. "The whole place is exceptional! We have stayed before and as a family it’s one of our happy places. Nothing is too much trouble, the staff are so welcoming and attentive, facilities are spotless and it’s a beautiful setting and interior design. The food wasn’t as good as our previous stays the restaurant was a little slow and our food was on the cold side but the charming staff made up for it. "Fantastic pet friendly hotel, amazing food, great walks outside, great extras, love the pantry’s and the boots for free hire, the games in the lounge and the free night cap, to be super picky the only complain I could have is the outside hot tubs need a good clean and sadly while I was their only one was working which may be the reason for the tub needing cleaning due to over use. But it still gets 5 stars from me as the rest was stellar quality. "
