"Great staff, amazing with my young lad. Only stayed for one night but they were very helpful. Special shout to the receptionist I think his name was Timothy, (apologies if wrong) he was great. We were Derby fans and came to see the Norwich match and he was so helpful with parking tips and planning. Thank you again."

"A clean hotel and a pleasant stay for 2 nights. Parking is extremely limited but the West End Road car park is only a short walk away and both reasonable cost and easy to pay via the MiPermit app (which will give you a Vat receipt afterwards). The buffet style breakfast was good and the hotel was very clean and the staff helpful."

"We had a nice warm welcome when we arrived. The public areas are lovely and imviting. We were shown to our room which was on the ground floor. The room was perfect with an excellent comfy bed. The bathroom was also very well presented. "

They could not explain why they had done this, I find that very strange, I was not checking out that day. I find it strange that people can’t say sorry when they have done something wrong, a bit dissapointed about that. Rest of the stay was very good."
