"My experience at Innsbruck in was amazing. I stayed there for a night with a few friends, and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The building is super cozy and clean and the rooms were very nice. It is in such a nice area with a river in the back, lots of greenery.
The amenities were great. the pool which nice and quiet, hot tubs, tennis court, and we were surprised to find a game room that had a tv, ping pong table, a big game of jenga and connect four. We stayed in there all night...
"Staff is so friendly and accommodating!Woman at front desk was lovely and always cleaning.Going above a beyond .The management is kind and friendly even after our dog ruined a door!This was the best vacation my kids said we ever had .The river in the back to explore ,The mini golf,bowling ,bike rental next store ,and zip lining not far were so much fun.Conveniently located next to restaurants that were fabulous!Perfect mini vacation .We will be back but minus our dogs .We still feel terrible...

Lots of options to keep everyone entertained (tennis court, indoor kids play area, several pools including heated one, volleyball and basketball court, small coffee shop and restaurant and tons of activities prepared by hotel staff). "It was the perfect stay for us to drop our youngest at UVM and spend our first night as empty nesters. Double queen room with balcony was very spacious. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. Loved the double sinks and heated floor in the bathroom. Balcony and views were wonderfully relaxing. We walked to lots of great restaurants and shops. We will definitely be back."
