"Staff is lovely,l"

"The location was very bad at night. It was very scary to work there because they were prostitution and a crossroad there where each nature there were a lot of homeless crazy and under drugs people on the street, very close to the entrance sometimes it was difficult to get to the hotel because and we need to cross the road host homeless crazy people and then enter to the hotel so the location is very bad because of the Tomlinson, staring under drugs, people the cleanest of room for me it was nasty. I didn’t like it. It was very at the first plans you could talk. It is like OK but actually for me it was disgusting next the room was smelling and the smell was like smelling old smell like the building older or I don’t know how to explain the smell but smelling that smell. It seems like it’s old and like not clean the second day they didn’t they didn’t clean the room at the morning. We were expecting them as usual every hotel but the morning each morning usually people coming cleaning the room, but they didn’t clean it."

"We have an awesome stay here. Friendly and helpful Staffs. Great location, so many things we can do and lots of variety of dining choices. We Love to stay here again when we return to sf."

"Even though we had the worst room in terms of bring over a noisy street there were trees that help block the outside giving a refreshing feel to the city bustle. Everything seemed clean and new. The bathroom was spotless. My husband thought the bed was too soft but that is usually the case with him. The only thing I have a problem about is the comfortable bolsters that help when you want to sit up in bed. That are covered in fabric and I doubt that they are washed each time? I would like to know if that is the case. They do seem clean however but I wondered about this. Are they actually cleaned with the white pillow cases/ pillows? I doubt it and that is an issue for me making me wonder if I shoukd return. I have often seen hotels just use many white pillows instead of the more decorative but probably unwashed ones."

"Breakfast was not included but available. Rooms clean and with a beautiful view. Staff very very nice and helpful. "

"Clean room, staff was great. However, the hotel may be too close to noisy areas in SF to guarantee a restful and quiet night. I had difficulty sleeping without being awoken by police or ambulane sirens and people shouting outside the hotel. As for the complimentary breakfast, there wasn't much. They ran out of milk for the cereal very quickly. And the cereal was the highlight of the breakfast options. Yotel did hold my suitcase for me even after I checked out of my room which I greatly appreciated. Overall it was an average experience for me, and I do appreciate the service of the staff."

"Eva from the front desk was very polite and knowledgeable. She gave us info on local restaurants and seafood restaurants at pier 39! The free breakfast was delicious with many options!"
