"Staff was welcoming upon arrival. They provided us with swim towels when asked. Our third party booking ap didn’t relay the message to Best Western Teal we booked a pet friendly room and the staff accommodated us. All areas of the hotel looked clean. Breakfast was good choices of hot and cold food. We appreciate staff that care about their job and their customers. We would book again when in the area."

"A really nice man, I believe the owner, checked me in. I didn’t see any staff after that. It was quiet and convenient for my stay on my Friends and Family Tour ‘26. I wasn’t expecting the Taj Mahal but I was pleasantly surprised at the comfortable bed and the clean room. A bonus, there’s a great coffee shop called Mia’s in Shelbina. It’s in the grocery store with a drive up."
