To come down first thing to warm cold brew coffee two mornings, and then none on a third is less than ideal. Fortunately there are three nearby cafes all within walking distance. Will return. "

"As I stayed Room 132, I am afraid I cannot give them a high mark. Although staffs were great, the room was not so much. Basically, Psychodidae (commonly known as Drain Flies/Sewer Flies) was everywhere. They kept coming which indicates a plumbing issue or buildup in this property. As I understand it takes a lot of care to keep the property upright, I could not make myself relax during my stay. I believe this affected my performance degradation in the following day. Although there were positive side (again, staff and free breakfast to begin with), that did not offset the negative side that I got. Sorry I wish I could make my review nicer."

"The property was old but didn't care about that since it was 1 night. I left car there. I was skeptical because I usually park in another facility. The pick up was fine. On the way back the driver turned around as we were going to my car or I thought. He turned around to pick up some people.. Twenty minutes later he passes Middlebelt where I stayed at the Wyndham. He takes everyone to Valet connections. I said this is where I get off. It was stated yes. I go in and lady was unfriendly asked for my ticket. I said I don't have a ticket I got picked up from Wyndham. She calls back and he said I said valet. Why would I say valet? I said the hotel. Very dysfunctional and unprofessional. I want a refund. Never again. "

"Employee at check in was very helpful, gave us a nice room with a view. The room was very clean and comfortable We were in town for a concert at the arena and the free shuttle also worked out great and was easy to use. Would stay again when we are back in town."

"Bed was broken in first room. Told I had to return to the same room after one night at the second room. Hotel needs better maintenance, but is a decent affordable options if room is in full repair."
