"Very safe "

"Room was clean and towels were generous. Central heat was out, though staff brought a space heater. Lift was out and there was no plug for the sink. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was not worth any money. Go up the street to the cafe Nero "

"Had a lovely 2 night stay at the Leonardo. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was great but I found the air con a bit noisy. I couldn’t turn it off for some reason. Would definitely stay there again as parking was next to the hotel and a very reasonable price. A lovely stay. "

"Room very clean and good facilities. Great coffee machine. Superb shower, albeit bathroom quite compact. Bed and sheets superb. Some outside noise. Parking very disappointing as £32 per night approx 300yds away. Makes the stay a little pricey. Spa area superb, although had to pay an extra £10 for this as didn't book directly with hotel which is also dissapointing. "
