We did not have any direct contact with the owner, but got a message abutv entering upon arrival. The only other thing that would have been helpful was a map to show the property area. "New guesthouse very comfortable in this small village. Only problem is that booking with hotels.com, I was not provided with the entry code, the room numbers, the room codes and not even a correct phone number… arriving late in the rain with tired kids was not pleasant. Somehow guests opened to us and gave us a number to call."
