"First and foremost the staff where absolutely fantastic. The building is aging and not much has been done to keep things current. Our room had no windows and was very hot and stuffy. Staff provided a fan but we had to leave the door open to the room after every shower otherwise it was unbearable. There was a light in our room that was non functioning and you could tell by looking at it that it was fried. Tv dos not work the first night(we where offered another room but did not want to lug...

"Clean and spacious room, comfy bed, friendly staff. The property and rooms are a bit dated. Decent location. The bar looked fun but didn't go in. The bar had live music on the night I stayed, which could be heard in the room, but it was good music so I didn't mind! If traveling with kids, I wouldn't recommend, but for a solo traveler or fun-loving couple, it's a decent enough place. Didn't have breakfast, but it smelled wonderful! "

"Construction in hotel, was woken at 8 by loud tools etc. breakfast not ready, no hot water to shower, $250 deposit "

"The room was clean and comfortable, we booked two rooms in this hotel for my daughter’s birthday, she wanted a place that had a pool and slide and this location was great for it. Everyone enjoyed there time and I would book again. "

"Good enough place. Location is at the back of a industrial and shoppjng area. If you like outlet malls you will like it. But it isnt the best locale....plus the pool and gym were closed without me being aware."

"Unfortunately we were surrounded by kids during our stay so not a peaceful day to be had. Room is not bad, a mattress needs to be changed in one of the beds, it was awful. Had a maid decide she was going to vacuum at 10 pm! Went for Prime Rib special in the restaurant, it was very good. Staff were excellent. Overall. You get what you pay for. It's a reasonable rate so was willing to set aside certain things. "
