"would not accommodate my request for a late check-out; that makes or breaks my high end evaluations of most better hotels. If the hotel goes ou to f their way to accommodate me, I re-book. Staek in the in-house restaurant was way toooo salty. Wanted to send it back but had to attend a rodeo and did not have the time. RECOMMEND SERVING HIGHER GRADE STEAKS."

"Breakfast was not offered. You have to pay for it. Did not have room ready because were trying to get rid of the smell from previous dog! Finally just changed to different room. It was not the same as I reserved. Supplies out in the doggie area. The beds were to hard for us but the sheets were excellent thread count...so soft! The room was clean and updated."

"I recently stayed at the Sinclair Hotel and unfortunately had a mixed experience. The check-in staff were friendly and welcoming, which I truly appreciated and made for a positive first impression. However, the room itself fell short in several areas. The bed was very worn down and far too soft, offering little to no support, which made for an uncomfortable night’s sleep. The pillows were extremely flat and also provided no support, adding to the discomfort. Additionally, the room was only stocked with two towels and two washcloths, which didn’t feel sufficient for a comfortable stay. Overall, while the staff was kind and helpful, the lack of comfort in the room made it difficult to fully enjoy the stay. Management should sleep a night to get a real feel of the mattress."
