It was like an inner city low income apartment complex or a homeless shelter. Trash, food, clothes, car battery in the parking lot. Unattended children loudly running the halls and stairs at 3:00am, multiple people on the exterior halls and stairwells smoking weed and who knows what else. It used to be a nice hotel, but it is now a dump.

It took 3 times to get a room, 1st room only had one bed, 2nd the door was looked from the inside and 3rd time was a charm. The room was ok. The only bright spot was the morning person working at the continental breakfast.

I forgot my debit card at the front desk. When I remembered and went back for it the same girl I handed it to argued I didn’t leave it there. I told her to review her cameras and she told me she couldn’t. I asked to speak to a manager and she she there wasn’t going to be one for a while. She was rude and unprofessional. I had no one to prove it because she wouldn’t pull review her camera. There was construction and there was a mess in the parking lot and pool was filthy and green.

My second stay was a lot cleaner and neater. However, the lady in the front desk that took my card for deposit, didn’t even try to contact me to return my debit card.

It was an older hotel and the maintenance was sloppy, such as painting over light switches and baseboards, etc. I felt it was a little substandard for a “La Quinta“. The lady in the breakfast room was absolutely wonderful. The rest of the staff was ambivalent. We had a question about the security of their parking lot and they assured us that they had security and cameras, and that our vehicles would be safe.

I was put in a room next to construction with a giant dumpster and work going on. So i changed rooms. Then my tv remote wouldnt work so I exchanged it. Person at front desk said there was noone there to check anything not working. So they can chatge what they want but not offer satisfactor service.

Do not book a stay here. Hotel is old and very tired. I booked three nights and checked out within two hours of checking in. I agreed with agent at desk to pay one night now they have recanted and no refund is forthcoing. It is under renovation with construction equipment and materials all around. Pool is dirty and full of branches from tree trimming. Read other reviews before booking. Should not be on ‘recommended list’

Don’t let the surrounding area fool you. This hotel was a complete mess starting from the lobby to my room. I ended up not staying because the room was so dirty and smelly. Not to mention the sketchy activity happening around the hotel. You get what you pay for.

This hotel was terrible. The beds were horrible and highly uncomfortable. We only had two small pillows and they told us there were no more available. The bathroom was in horrible condition and all the washing products had locks on them. We will never stay in this hotel again.

Antiquated hotel where everything is breaking down. The heater did not work, the hot water took 30 minutes to warm up. The failed bathtub liner was squishy with water underneath, and the baseboards were coated in dirt and hair. There was trash all around the parking lot. Even for a short stay, very hard to recommend anything happening here.

I booked this online, got there and immediately regretted it. Homeless sleeping in parking lot, tweakers outside tweaking. Went into the lobby, staff was immediately rude…sat at table in lobby “breakfast area” and there were dead bugs on the table. Old, outdated- GROSS! I left and went to extended start next door.
My stay was ok when I first arrived. I had to wait at least 30-45 minutes for there system to update an show my reservation. Once I arrived to my room I noticed a lot of safety hazards an construction and debris left outside in front of the building, an by room doors. The room was in good condition with no microwave available to heat my food as a traveler guess an no remote to control the tv. I was awakened by the housekeeper at 8:20 am looking through my window an talking in front of my door. My Husband did not have on clothes at the time. I was irately upset. I called the front desk office to report it an Nonthin was done very unprofessional an unsettling in my opinion. Later after claiming down I advise the front desk my tv did not work they tried to resolve the matter by relocation me to a different room. The next room was in very good condition however there was Not Hot water to take a shower. I was later relocated for the second time to a much better room with all working fixtures an Hot water. It was definitely an overwhelming experience staying at the location an the lack of customer experience overall failed me an my husband.
