We apologise for the water pressure in the room and take on board your comments concerning the bathroom. We appreciate the feedback and will take this into account when planning improvements as we strive to make a positive experience for all of our guests. We are sorry that the room was cold. The heating is on throughout the day and evening. It may have been that the thermostat was turned to 0 and not moved back to 5 when the room was checked. Please note that we are always happy to try and resolve heating issues where we can and do have portable mini heaters which we can add into rooms to generate more warmth if needed.
