Small two room apartment and there was only a window in the livingroom and not in the bedroom. Small and basic kitchenette, room was missing some glasses for 4 people. Nice location in the Old Town.

Location was fabulous, right in the middle of the old town of Stockholm. The apartment was great for 2 people. The apartment was clean but a little on the dark side. It was a good value for this area.

The location of the apartment was absolutely perfect. Right in the centre, close to everything and honestly amazing. The apartment was ideal for two we had a lovely time it was very clean.

Room and location great, but not communication

Great location and nice room, but communication with the host was not satisfactory. They didn't offer luggage storage services, which created additional issues for us that we had to resolve urgently.

Great location. Room was comfortable. We were on the top floor and had to carry heavy suits cases up the winding stone staircase and then a really small wooden staircase which was difficult.

Overall the stay experience was good. The location is fabulous - it’s right in the heart of old town and just 5-7 mins walk to the metro station. Room was quite good too- The only bummer was that my room was on the 5th floor, so carrying my bags up and down those many narrow stairs was a challenge.

The apartment was good and location was suitable for getting easily to all places in the centre and Södermalm. On the other hand the surroundings were very noisy during the night and you could wake several times during night because of the people walking and talking loudly in the street after vars were closed. Apartment was a bit cold and you needed to wait awhile in the shower that water was warm enough.

This property is located in the center of attractions, 5 mins walk to Royal Palace. Very quiet. Next to Noble Prize Museum and restaurants. Great location! Only drawback is we stay there for 3 nights, no one come take the trash out and we don't know where to take the trash to.

Good location. Hard work climbing stairs to 4th floor with suitcases. Street entry by only door difficult as no instructions sent. Kitchen equipment lacking microwave and toaster. No teatowel to dry dishes. Two of the blinds wouldn’t stay down which was a problem as opposite close apartments could see straight in to us.

Great property . All worked really well. On fourth floor so be prepared for spiral stairs. You ring or phone owner at the building front door to get access. It’s all via a video ring door bell system. You self serve door pass card under instruction of owner remotely. Great location. One stop on metro thenk in easy 5 min walk or a 20 min walk from central train station. Just off the famous picturesque square in Galma Stan island.

Location a plus, facilities a let down.

Great location, able to walk to almost everywhere. Late check-in time available. Although not allowed to leave cases which was not helpful on check-out. Very small kitchen may as well be just for tea/coffee. No tea towel. No oven, just microwave, no toaster so had to eat out a lot. Sofa bed was comfy for the kids. Bedroom was tiny and no window. Blind in living room was broken. We booked an apartment for the ability to eat as a family so that was a bit disappointing, but can't beat how central it was.

The place is in a great location and was nice. Not much of a kitchen, so don’t plan on making meals there, but nice to have a refrigerator and microwave. My big complaint is communication. It was impossible to get an answer from anyone. I sent multiple messages and called and could not get a response. I had to change my dates and even Expedia customer service couldn’t get through to anyone. Very frustrating. Once we got there, there weren’t enough towels. Again, I couldn’t get through to anyone for days.

Our initial check-in, and surprise walk up four floors on a spiral staircase, were a bummer, but overall this place had more positives than negatives. Nice renovation, very clean, heated bathroom floor, the sofa bed was made up and more comfortable than most. the kitchen setup and TV were both good. Despite being in the middle of tourist land it was quiet. On the downside, the listing does mention lack of elevator, but that is not enough to describe the actual conditions, which would be impossible for some people to manage. The owner should make this clear! Other small negatives: Bedroom has no window and is very tight, not enough bathroom counter space or towel hooks, broken pull-down blind on window. The #1 problem is lack of communication from the owner. We should have received an email explaining the check-in process (which is done via Ring doorbells) and including the wifi info (which we had to get from a neighbor). The owner is hard to reach and leaves much to chance. But it did work, and in the end this was a comfortable stay.

Overall, it was okey. Close to many of the great old city centre sights. Most amenities in the room were good. We were missing any sort of towel to dry dishes, like a tea towel. Detractor was general cleanliness. The coffee table was not cleaned properly or well as we could see numerous cup rings from previous stays. We could see a significant buildup of dust on the air duct in the main space. Made us wonder about what we couldn’t see. The sofa bed was hard to sit in as the pillows and extra towels were stuffed into the bed itself. Better to leave these things in any of the various storage cabinets, of which there are many. This was another good thing about it. But again, we only discovered what the problem with the sofa was once we prepared to sleep for the night. Simple fix, so please fix it.

The apartments were recently refurbishes and helped with the overall beautiful stockholm experience! The check in is completely done in remote by the staff and that might not be the most easily understandable thing at first, but later we got the hang of it. The apartment itself was small and cozy but it was good for 3 people max. The beds were surpisingly comfortable

Excellent location. Lots of stairs but we did get our exercise climbing them. When you get to apartment press door bell and you will be assisted ( wish we knew that earlier). Once they provide you with code to enter into foyer, virtual attendant will get your room keys set up - they have a machine on site. Enjoy this place. I would stay here again
