"Beautiful hotel, helpful staff, comfy & spotless room with great complimentary treats but the best thing was the fabulous restaurant, not cheap but you get what you pay for the food & wine was totally delicious 😋"

"The cost for the rooms, dinner and drinks was very expensive for what it was.
The bedroom I stayed in had a broken blind which let the light in, the bedside lamp was also broken, the Manager was grumpy, but two very nice waitresses.
Otherwise not to be recommended at that price."

"Perfect location for local pubs, cafes and restaurants. Stockbridge generally and the 3 cups in particular have a relaxed vibe. Staff at 3 cups very friendly. Very good breakfast and restaurant….simple food but well done. The garden in summer is very tranquil"

"The property is timber framed and old, really old. Cleanliness and condition is very good but this building needs constant maintenance. We loved it, it’s very old and full of history. Very cute little town, very nice surroundings. We hit it in the middle of a heat wave and there is no AC, in fact there’s likely no AC in most of the village but the normal temperature does not require it. We were just unlucky. The pub/restaurant downstairs is very nice, very cool old England look. The breakfast...

"Breakfast was lovely, staff helpful.
Room was a bit tatty round the edges, but the bed was comfortable.
Room was very hot in this weather. Could do with a fan or mobile air-conditioning unit."

"Had a lovely stay the staff are so nice and helpful.
Beds are very comfortable and the food is great.
Was so nice being somewhere that caters for gluten free with no problems.
This is our second stay here and we will definitely be back."

"Great pub, where they really try and make you welcome. Staff always happy to help. Great food. Premises recently refurbished, so in top condition. Definitely recommend."
