"Everything else was fine except 1. The phone in the room was dead. I could not call the front desk. 2. The blower on the heater was as loud as a small airplane. I had to turn it off and couldnot call the desk internaly to report this. I tried the external phone number of the hotel, and only got a reservation line. So the only way to report that loud blower was to go to the lobby whicch I did not d as it was late. I turned it off"

"The area felt unsafe. The staff at the desk was pleasant but we had an issue with the heater and the maintenance person that came to the room was VERY unprofessional. We also think there was a language barrier. The bed was stiff as a board and the soap dispensers either didn't work or were empty. It seemed like they didn't care about their guests to us. "
