No privacy sign so cleaners walked in on us. Unfriendly staff (some were friendly). I cannot reach customer service over the phone because I booked 3rd party. "

The unexpected room upgrade truly added to our engagement celebration and made our stay unforgettable. All the staff were very friendly, attentive and made us feel exceptionally welcomed.
