"Desk light and bathroom lights did’nt work. Noisy refrigerator. No ice in ice machine. Elevator was very noisy. I would’nt stay there again."

We had some bumps along the way during our stay and Nancy and Alma always helped us through. We are forever grateful. The rooms were amazing, clean and very comfortable. Lots of space and beds were perfect. A home away from home. Breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning. This hotel has absolutely spoiled us and set standards for all other hotels we will be staying at on our drive back to California. Thank you doesn’t seem sufficient, but thank you SPRINGHILL SUITES in Troy Ohio staff for an unforgettable stay."
