"The ceiling leaked in one of the bedrooms. We reported it. We were told it was fixed and it was not. There was obvious evidence of leaking ceilings in the villa. The internet worked only in the living room. The ice machine didn't work in the fridge. The showers spray on the floor if you don't turn it to the wall (no curtains)."

"We loved our stay here. The pool area was beautiful and had a hot tub as well. There was a game room and shelf with books for kids. Very family friendly. The place was very clean and had a coffee bar area set up in the morning. There was a gift shop and restaurant. Overall we loved it here. One thing to note was a very loud rooster very early in the morning. If they could get rid of the rooster it would be perfect haha."
