"The staff were amazing 👏, breakfast was fantastic, the hotel is very clean and my stay was wonderful. I am planning of coming back soon, will miss the balcony in the evening, it gives you a beautiful view ."

"Cheguei as 17h00. Paguei 20 euros. Perguntei de era por 24 horas e recebi resposta positiva da funcionária. No dia seguinte ao fazer o check-in out a informação dada pour outra funcionária era diferente. O prazo do stacionamento terminaria as 12h00. Paguei por 24 horas, mas o q ofereceram foi um período menor. Alem disso, os quartos nao. Tem mesa de trabalho. Estava viajando a lazer. Mas tive q usar o notebook e nao tinha mesa para trabalhar adequadamente."

"very close to the train station"

"Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Sehr große und saubere Zimmer. Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt."

"My initial review was based on our checkin whereat we were advised a twin room was not available - as booked many weeks previous. Other than this obvious disappointment everything else was more than satisfactory"

"Very nice historic hotel just at the edge of the old city. Very convenient with valet parking."

"Everithing is fine. Good breakfast and private parking."

"Camera piccola e senza condizionatore. Il personale della reception presso l'hotel è stato gentile, ma i camerieri della Gasthof erano abbastanza scorbutici. Posizione molto rumorosa"

"This stylish hotel is spotless, stylish, and is perfectly located, being only a 1 minute walk to the main square and under 5 minutes from the Schlossberg. Really enjoyed our evening drink at Bar Amouro located on the ground floor. Would definitely rebook if we're ever back in Graz!"

"The hotel was in a great location and the staff very friendly. The room was huge, even for our family of 5. We found the beds very comfortable and overall enjoyed the hotel. The only downside was that the floors weren’t clean - our socks/feet got very dirty walking around the room, and also there was lots of dust under the beds. If they gave the floors a good steam mopping and vacuumed under the beds, I would’ve given them 5 stars. Despite this, would stay here again if we ever come back to...

"Great place in a great location. Nice clean and spacious rooms. Would definitely come back."
