"Booked 2 rooms at this resort on Expedia. Requested connecting rooms. Reached the resort late evening and was given rooms next to other but not connected. Room 1 with 2 single beds , a bathroom with nice separate shower and Tub. Separate Living room with great view. 2nd room was a kind bed, Accessible Bathroom. DISGUSTING with stains and hair. No separate shower just a curtain. We complained the front desk and the manager was polite enough to disinfect the bathroom. But it felt like staying...

Exploring the house and the gardens was lovely. Being so close a visit to Yering station for a deliciou wine tasting made for another unexpected and easy to fit in activity. "Staff member checked me in and welcomed us and showed me to the room upstairs a few freebies in room nice touch Room clean and quiet, bathroom plenty of room shower in bath We had issues with toilet randomly flushing then leaking at the tap so turned it off overnight In morning 730am partner showered said was hard to get temperature right but ok my shower 845am I turned hot water tap on and then water stopped nothing so aborted and had a bird bath instead! "This property is brilliant!! Staff very friendly and helpful, room was a great size and immaculate, great shower, comfy bed and quiet. As a bonus, very easy access to the Yarra Valley and the Dandenong Ranges. We will be back!!"

"The room was clean and beds were comfortable in the family room. The only issue was that there were no plates or cutlery which was inconvenient as we had trouble heating our food. If you are providing a microwave,then there should be plates provided too. Otherwise, the place was clean and is pet friendly."

"This is a fantastic place to stay. Kangaroos and large sulphur-crested cockatoos feel like part of the cottage itself. You naturally greet the animals as you see them around, and in the early morning you wake up to unique bird sounds that make you feel as if you are in the middle of the forest. The fireplace in the living room is wonderfully warm, and both the indoor and outdoor dining areas are excellent."
