"Box spring had coffee stains on the side. No covers on box springs as shown in pictures. One bed still had hair on it under neat comforter so sheets weren’t replaced.. toilet wobbled and moved. Shower was very slow low flow, low pressure. Lady at the front desk when we checked in was rude. She gave us said, here is the key and wifi password, placed the cards on the counter and proceeded to talk to guy with towels in hand, didn't even say we were complete. I don't recommend this place. "

Told to put towels in the hallway outside the room and come to the desk for new towel and wash cloth Told nothing about trash removal for the room They were polite just not informed about no housekeeping until the second day of my check in Had I known that I would not have stayed there. I did not pay for Full service in order No to receive full service Half of my hotel fee should be Refunded. I see you wanted pictures well i did not think to take them since this is the First time this has happened to me"
