Amazing castle

The hotel was clean and beautiful. We had wonderful service and a delicious breakfast. We were able to explore the castle grounds which was an extra treat.

Great experience

Amazing old castle, beautifully restored but authentic. Walking paths to old ruins. Lots of stone steps! Delicious food in the restaurant and breakfast area.

The property was beautiful. The staff was friendly except for one restaurant server. The room had no air conditioning and the bed was hard. Checking castle stay off the list and sticking to new, comfortable accommodations.

Wohnen, wenn auch nur für ein paar Tage, in einer Burg, das ist schon was sehr Ausgefallenes. Ich wurde sehr positiv überrascht - mit einem schönen Zimmer mit schöner Aussicht, mit leckerem Essen - sowohl beim Frühstück als auch im Restaurant (dort war es supergut). Auch das Wetter spielte mit. Die Atmosphäre war gut.

Flot slotshotel

Flot, gammelt slot - hvilket man dog ikke ser meget til på selve værelset, som er meget traditionelt i indretning og møblering. Men værelset er stort, pænt og rent. På fællesarealerne er der gjort mere for at sikre slotsstemningen. Man sidder lidt tæt i morgenmadsrestauranten, men udvalget og kvaliteten af maden er ganske fin. Omgivelserne er skønne med god mulighed for at nyde naturen - f.eks. ligger der en gammel borgruin lige bag hotellet.

Ein in die Jahre gekommenes Burg Hotel

Mein Aufenthalt war so durchwachsen. Es wurde nicht gefragt, wie meine Anreise war. Mir wurde auch nicht mitgeteilt, wieviel das Frühstück kostet, oder der Parkplatz. Ein grosses Bett in ein kleines Zimmer zu stellen, war auch nicht sehr hilfreich. Die Angaben der Ausstattung des Zimmers hat nicht mit der Hotels.com web Seite überein gestimmt. Die Austattung des Zimmers war sehr minimalistisch. Die Arbeitskleidung der Mitarbeiter an der Front, sollte nochmals überdacht werden. Meiner Meinung nach eher lächerlich... Wieso wird eine Fernbedienung in Klarsichtfolie gewickelt und warum wird eine tägliche Zimmerreinigung nur auf Anfrage durchgefürt. Nur wegen Corona???

Hotel con encanto, con decoración medieval. La habitación amplia, limpia y con todas las comodidades de su categoría. El restaurante muy bueno con una carta variada y de calidad. El personal muy amable y eficiente. Una estancia muy agradable aunque solo de un día. Buena relación calidad precio.

Top kwaliteit hotel in prachtig kasteel

Comfortabel hotel in een oud kasteel. Ik kwam laat aan, geen enkel probleem tot 24.00 uur. Fijne kamer, schoon, goed bed. De badkamer keurig en schoon maar ietwat gedateerd. Dit is wel echt een aanrader! Zeker ook voor koppels, want de setting is zeer romantisch. Een sprookje!

Beeindruckend schön

Leider hatte ich nur eine Nacht in diesem Hotel. Dabei war ich so spät, dass ich das restaurant nicht besuchen konnte. Das Hotel ist aussergewöhnlich schön ausgestattet, am Besten schaut man sich das selbst einmal an. Nach meiner sehr späten Anreise haben sich sowohl die Rezeptionistin als auch der Barmann extrem aufmerksam gekümmert. Auf alle Fälle werd eich wieder buchen.

Самым неприятным моментом в этом отеле, стало то, что оплатили ПОЛУ ЛЮКС, а получили обычный номер, и в добавок номер оказался не в самом замке как было за планировано и ОПЛАЧЕНО, а заселили в их дополнительный домик, что было совсем не приятно!!! Специально ехали 150 км, что бы ночь провести в ЗАМКЕ, а заселили в обычный домик, обычный номер!!! Не вернули разницу в цене между оплаченным полу люксом и стандартным номером. Романтический вечер был полностью испорчен, уехали расстроенные. А в целом Отель шикарный!

Tilbage igen - og igen en super oplevelse

Vi besøgte dette dejlige hotel sidste år - men kun en overnatning, så vi blev enige om i år at tage 2 overnatninger. Det var IGEN en rigtig god oplevelse. Meget hjælpsomt og venligt personale, rene og flotte værelser med god udsigt over dalen og dejlig morgenmad. Vi spiste aftensmad i restauranten begge aftener - vejret var så godt, at vi kunne spise på terrassen med den fantastiske udsigt. Maden var rigtig rigtig god, veltilberedt og smukt anrettet. Betjeningen var høflig og opmærksom. Det eneste lille minus ved hotellet er manglende aircondition. Der var meget meget varmt mens vi var der og det betød, at værelserne også var meget varme. Her kunne en lille blæser have hjulpet. Internet adgangen var ikke super, men vi var der for at slappe af og nyde opholdet, så det betød ikke så meget. Vi kan endnu engang anbefale hotellet, og vi vil selv helt sikkert komme tilbage.

Service in the restaurant was slow. I noted to the server another table was seated prior to us, as a courtesy. She responded quite annoyed. Odd. Otherwise, nice stay. A little bit overpriced.
