"No TV, no hot water in the shower only the sink. Talked a number of times to the front desk. Finally was told TV is out throughout the hotel and nothing they could do, and never heard anything on the hot water. Will not be staying here again. "
"Nobody was at front desk. I waited almost an hour in the parking lot for someone to check in. The room had a stench about it. The floor was coming up. The toilet paper holder was broken. The paint on the wall was faded and peeling. I’ve traveled for over 30 years and this is one of the biggest dumps I’ve ever stayed in. "
"This was an excellent property for my husband and I. We were only staying the night and we needed some place clean and affordable. This property fit the bill and more. We liked the ability to check in without front office staff. The room was very clean and loved the newly remodeled design. If we’re ever back in the area, we will absolutely stay here. "
"The room was good. We had an issue with an injury with someone we were traveling with and needed to leave early but neither hotels.com nor the hotel would help us. We even ordered trip insurance and it’s a total rip off! Don’t do it! It said it was $4 then actually charged $33 and then we couldn’t actually use it. They would have required access to our travel companion’s private medical info to actually reimburse the day that we had to leave early (by normal check out time btw). I felt like everyone that should have helped us with basic customer service refused to help. I will book through the actual hotel from now on. "
"The hotel is pretty dank. The room was sparsely furnished and dark, but the worst thing was that the bathroom hadn't been cleaned. The toilet was really gross and the cleaning staff had all gone home. I actually had to grab a toilet brush off an abandoned cart and do it myself. It did not give me much confidence in the cleanliness of anything else. The towels and sheets all seemed clean, though. The coffee was really good in the lobby, too, and the desk staff were friendly. I'm definitely staying somewhere else on my return trip."
