"Everything was great"

"Great"

"Really welcoming and helpful staff"

"Clean room and friendly staff in this small and intimate family run hotel. Location was good close to Metro station and many shops"

"Amazing place! Feels like coming home. Perfect communication before and during the stay, including airport pick up and drop off. Freddy and Diego both speak English fluently and go out of their way to make your stay 100% comfortable, safe, and enjoyable."

"Great staff I’ll be back soon !!"

"The rooms were very outdated and not very clean. There was no air conditioner in the rooms. We had to request for fans which they did have. Saturday night, there was such loud music from outside it was so loud that makes it impossible to sleep. However, the staff were great and very friendly and helpful. The location was great. 3 minutes walk to the arts and crafts market. The breakfast buffet was also wonderful."

"Nothing but perfect"

"We were so happy with our one night stay at Ikala Quito. They organized a pick up for us at the airport and were very prompt with their communication in regard to organizing it for us. We were also provided with a free glass of wine with our dinner as part of our Expedia VIP status which was delightful. Mattress was very comfortable and we were upgraded to a king sized bed too. Very modern inside with lots of communal seating area that were tastefully decorated. Wish we were able to spend a...

"We had a three-night stay, and it was fantastic. The owners were absolutely lovely, and the breakfast was perfect before a long day of exploring. They even took care of our laundry and had it laundered while we were out touring. Highly recommended for the price and location!"
