Castle experience with free parking

It’s a hotel in a castle, not far from the highway. Quiet place, spacious rooms, great breakfast and excellent service with a free parking. I enjoyed my night there and hope to stay there again

Unfortunatley not a very cleen room, beetles in the ceiling, filth under the shower (which was left open), smudges on the floor. But I was happy to recieve a small breakfast package because I left before breakfast. Beautiful area and easy parking.

Lovely castle near Magdeburg. Historical building with a lovely park to walk in. Lovely breakfast from friendly personnel. Regrettably, the kitchen was closed so we didn’t sample the food.

Modtagelse god og imĂždekommende. Hotellet er jo et gammelt slot og det kan ses. â˜ș Sengene var sindssyge hĂ„rde, madras 5-8 cm. Dynen og hovedepude indholdet vis ikke meget. Aftensmads den var god betjeningen var ligeledes god. Vi havde Suiten og man kan tydelig hĂžre naboen. Men kĂŠmpe badevĂŠrelse og ellers storet. Morgenmaden var okay samt billig, Stort plus

Gammelt Slot med plads til forbedringer

Gammelt Slot, som desvÊrre ikke havde fÞrt en stil som et sÄdan gammelt sted bÞr fremstÄ i. Okay, madrassen var nok i gammel stil, for den var hÄrd som en sten, tror den var lavet af kapok, eller andet hÄrdt og ikke formbar materiale. Sengen som Êldre mennesker aldrig var kommet op ad, da den kun var cirka 30 cm fra gulvet, og de andre mÞbler som stod i vÊrelset, var en stil forvirring. AltsÄ hverken noget nyt morderne, eller noget gammelt og stilrent. Det trak ned, da det mest minder mig om Østtyskland tilbage i slut 80-90'erne. Billederne pÄ hjemmesiden skjuler det dog ikke, sÄ du fÄr det du har set og bestilt. Morgenmaden var acceptabel, men bÊrer prÊg af der ikke er sÄ mange gÊster. Kvaliteten var i top pÄ det mad der var. Der var ingen personale til steder under hele morgenmaden, da den ene der var pÄ arbejde gik udenfor og gjorde klar til de gÊster der kom senere. Slottet er ikke et jeg kommer pÄ igen, fÞr de har fÄet udskiftet deres senge, samt fÄet nogle gardiner der blot fjerne lidt af den sol der kommer ind ad vinduet kl. 5 om morgenen. Endvidere ville opgradering af interiÞr pÄ vÊrelset gÞre undervÊrker, og vil fÄ stedet til at fremstÄ noget mere autentisk og pÊnt, trods der var nogle fÄ steder hvor det virkede lidt nedslidt. Aftensmad var god. Tror hvis jeg boede et andet sted, ville jeg gerne komme og holde en fest pÄ stedet, det ville det vÊre meget velegnet til.

Wer die Ruhe liebt, wĂ€hlt Schloß Hohenerxleben! Auch Pferdeliebhaber, Wanderer und Fahrradfahrer kommen hier auf Ihre Kosten. Das das Schloß noch renoviert wird, stört nicht den Aufenthalt. Der Service, das Essen, das man zu jeder Zeit erhalten kann und ein sehr gutes FrĂŒhstĂŒck machen den Aufenthalt perfekt.

Das Hotel ist schon alleine durch das Alter des GebÀudes etwas besonderes. Die Zimmer sind im entsprechenden Stil eingerichtet und stimmig gestaltet. Wie auch schon in den anderen Kommentaren ist auch mir insbesondere die Freundlichkeit des Personals aufgefallen. Das Abendessen im Restaurant der Schloss Herberge Hohenerxleben hat die Tage immer besonders schön abgerundet. Ich freue mich auf den nÀchsten Aufenthalt!
