"The hotel is conveniently located near the Brussel North Station. In barely 3 blocks away you are at the hotel. The front staff is very welcoming an ego to help you when they computers are not down. The bar area is extremely small and they do have life music, which cut all the possibilities to have a business meeting. "Very friendly helpful staff, lovely breakfast. Bed was up against the wall so one person had to clamber out of the bottom of the bed which isn’t ideal and duvet was very thin so not very warm."

"Clean room and really nice decor and scents everywhere in the hotel. Only thing to improve on is pillows need to be upgraded. They were square and felt hard, not luxurious at all."

"Although hotel is nice, neighborhood at night is super sketchy and overall not what you expect culture wise when you’re vacationing to Brussels. Room is extremely hot with no fan, the window barely opens to receive air flow. Complimentary pastries in the lobby had hundreds of little flies fly off when I went to grab one. Only liquid soap in the shower. Would I stay here again, no. The surrounding area ruined it for us. But if you don’t care about that, the room was decent in my opinion."

"Room was ok tidy carpets in the hallway were a bit stained questionable, could be a bit cleaner but think that could just age the bathroom shower was terrible. The water would suddenly would scolding hot. With no warning and water pressure would drop off. Breakfast was nice fresh Continental with a few hot bits. Staff are nice helpful."

"This hotel is modern and clean. The main issue with our room was that the washroom did not have a door and the shower did not even have a curtain. Since it was just my daughter and I, we made it work. There was also a strong sewer smell from the shower which was very off putting. We had to cover it with towels to be able to sleep through it."
