"The room was dirty. I choose this hotel based off reviews I had read. Either my standard of clean is different than most or I had a dirty room. The surfaces were dirty. The two mirrors where completely full of smears, the desk chair was white so you could see all the dirt caked on. The bed sheets looked liked they had been slept in. One towel had a brown stain. The AC motor was so loud, it was difficult to fall asleep. "

"After pulling into the property and seeing the condition and loiterers, we did not feel safe to check in. The pictures on the Expedia website are very different from the actual property."

"Miss communication between house keeping and front desk, our room was assigned and house keeping still cleaning though marked as ready in computer. 9pm check in a little of a hassle. Yet front desk was apologetic and quick to assist in settling us in another room. "
