"It’s a lovely hotel and very convenient stop. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We only had breakfast but it was delicious and plenty of it. The decor was lovely but needed a bit of tidying and the vase on the table needed a clean. I’m not keen on fake flowers which gather dust and the winter sun shows the glass vase needing a polish. I’m being picky hoping I’m being helpful. It was a fab stay and I thoroughly recommend it and would stay again. "

"The staff made our experience fabulous. Everyone we met was helpful, friendly and accommodating. I am disabled and needed to use a mobility scooter to get around, nothing was too much bother. The first room was difficult to access for me, we informed reception and were seamlessly and quickly moved to another room. "Fantastic night stay on our travels. Swimming pool / spa was lovely, our son had a fab time and we had pockets of relaxing in the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi! Room was comfortable, quiet and clean. Breakfast was great and all staff were friendly and helpful. Gutted we do not live closer but will be back whenever we are in the area next!
