"Room was ok but had just been taken over so under new management. Beds we had was really uncomfortable and no light bulbs in bedside lights . Very noisey outside and due to being hot had to have windows open. We were moved rooms to more comfortable beds and light bulbs in bedside lights . There is improvement to be done . "We received a lovely welcome on arrival and throughout our 2 night stay the staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful. We stayed in a beautiful double room with generous coffee, tea and hot chocolate provided for. The fridge was appreciated - kept the sparkling water and fresh milk nice and cold. Fabulous spacious bathroom with gorgeous shower, luxurious towels, toiletries and bath robes. The room was refreshed for our second night so lovely to return to after a busy day out. Enjoyed the...
