"Excellent Room, but Difficult to Find and Check In The hotel is located at the top of a hill, with beautiful surroundings, but finding it was quite difficult because the property was not clearly marked or signposted. We had to go through quite a bit of difficulty before finally locating the hotel. The room itself was excellent overall—clean, comfortable, and nicely arranged. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was particularly good, with new appliances and modern fittings. However,...

"Sauberes Zimmer und genügend Parkplätze"

"Einwandfreier Self Check-in. Geräumiges, sauberes und modernes Appartment. Parkplatz in kostenloser Tiefgarage. Kaffee, Tee und ein kleiner Snack am Morgen gratis als Selbstbedienung. Für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise wunderbar."

"Great clean spacious hotel"

"Die Lage in der Schönen Altstadt von Zofingen ist sehr gut. Ein Altbau, schön saniert und modernisiert, aber nicht übertrieben. An den heissen Tagen im Rekordjuni wäre es mit einer Klimaanlage deutlich angenehmer gewesen, aber das hätte nicht zum Altbau gepasst. Das Personal fand ich ausserordentlich freundlich."

"Great room but many hidden fees. None of the prices for parking or breakfast are presented well when booking. When you arrive, they tell you where to park but don’t explain that there’s a fee. When you go for the breakfast buffet, they ask your room number but don’t explain that it’s 18€, they just write down the room number. "If you like trains this is the place. Great view of the trains from the balcony and started the day with an excellent cooked breakfast"

"Loved my stay. Breakfast was nice and fresh. Will come again."

"Clean and comfortable hotel with very friendly staff."

"A great hotel with a beautiful view of the lake. The room I had booked did not have a proper window (it was essentially subterranean), but it was very clean and for the very low price, totally worth it. The breakfast was excellent - very good cold meats, cheeses, jams, breads, and coffee. They even had a machine to boil eggs, which was great. Overall I had a great stay and would gladly return"
