"I booked a 38sqm double apartment and when I arrived I had been given a 18sqm box room. Half the size and with less facilities.
The apartment is also in a separate side of the hotel next to only one other apartment. It’s far superior.
The apartment was obviously more expensive than the single room at the time of booking so it’s substantially different to what I received.
I arrived at approximately 11PM and got my key from the key safe and that was the first I knew I’d been downgraded.
