"We have stayed here multiple times and it's always a favorite between cleanliness, proximity to Union Station, and the food offerings for breakfast and the evening kickback (perfect for families). Unfortunately, the pool and an elevator were under construction during our stay but the staff was incredible and provided every accommodation possible, including finding another place for the kids to swim. Excited to be back after renovations are done."

"If you’re just staying here to see a couple of baseball games, it’s fine. The restaurant is actually charming with good food, but the hotel staff takes away from the experience. Most of them could have cared less that we were there. The rooms are a little underwhelming for a Tribute Hotel. "
