Staff was very nice and helpful. Found a bed bug the first night and all they could do was let us switch rooms since we weren’t reward members. After that we were constantly looking for them. Now I’m not looking for a free time anywhere but I think they could have done something to better accommodate us for that inconvenience. Was in St Louis for a couple of games but that ONE thing could have caused us to leave and go back home.

The facilities were exceptionally clean and smelled fresh. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I only wish that the coffee was free but, it was good. The parking was a pay for each day, however, the security was evident and it made me feel safe in town! Easy off and on the freeway.
