I am pleased that you appreciated the hotel’s esteemed location, right in the heart of Saint Petersburg - just a stone’s throw away from some of the most incredible sights that the city has to offer. Before all, I would like to note that a high floor is not a characteristic feature of the rooms that fall into the SO Club category. Be assured, if we were to have known such requirements of the view and floor in advance we could have provided you with something that was better suited to your needs. Nevertheless, we still made sure to upgrade you to our SO Studio room - an elegant room which guarantees a night of ultimate comfort - but I can’t apologise enough that it still was not completely up to your standard for it was on the second floor and that factor had affected your stay with us. I do hope that we can welcome you back again soon, so that we can have another opportunity to go beyond any of your expectations and offer to you an unforgettable stay at SO/ St. Petersburg.
