Thank you Lisa for your review. Yes we had a major renovation done to the sunburst inn , we still have a little tweaking to do in the rooms but most of it is already done. We do have tv's on back order for some of the bedrooms but all units have new 50 inch TV in them . As for the carport yes we do have stuff in it but as we told you that their was enough parking for the rooms you booked . We have 12 rooms and 11 parking spots that are not always filled . We also told you to leave spots open in the front lot by the street for guest that are not in your party and you can have the rest of the parking lot where you can block each other in . you just had guest parking in our lot that were not staying at the inn. We told you where you can put your over flow guest at . You also knew that the Penthouse was 2 story's so there were steps . The shades for room 3 are also on back order . Our inn is absolutely beautiful and our guest are loving it .

Thank you for your review, Yes we were doing a full renovation on the inn , We did not want to cancel your reservation , We explained to you what was going on and you were fine with it. As for the room setup we ask you time and time again if we could put it back the way it should have been done the first time . As for the leaks we got our plumbers here asap it did not take days.When you told us about your leg CJ went under the bed and felt for any sharp objects and nothing was there. We also asked if you needed medical att, you said you were fine. Also i did give you a refund for any inconvenience you had with your stay . This is a old mom and pop inn you never know what you will find when you start renovations . We are still tweaking minor issues as they arrive .Thank YouElise

Good morning. We have our room listed as a street view, which is the only option it gives us to list it as. We cannot control the amount of traffic on the street, and it depends on the day how traffic will be. We have guests that absolutely love your room, and say it is very quiet, again when there is typically little traffic like usual. You texted me this information and asked if I was able to switch your room, and I apologized and let you know I would typically upgrade your room but we had no availability to be able to move you. We greatly apologized for the amount of traffic on the one night you stayed, and we were trying to let you know this information through text and you chose to block us. I'm sorry you are unhappy with your stay, but again as I let you know we cannot control traffic at certain hours. Next time you go on vacation, I suggest you ask management for more information on your room.

Sorry you feel this way , wish you would of brought This to our attention when you Stayed here for a couple of days, and as far as rat poop you need to check rat poop and Lizard poop completely different as for it being everywhere as you say , and the pile of sand that you state your had to look at is where our sea grass is and its protected meaning we are not aloud to cut it pull it ect. If you had a problem with the air we would of been more then happy to help you out i for one always turn the air down very low you however left the air in the 70's, as for everything else please bring things to our attention so we can keep you as comfortable as we can we just want everyone to enjoy there vacation

Thank you for your review. We are in the office from 9AM until we are finished with our work as we are a small mom and pop inn. Towel exchange is between 10AM and 12PM. We have a new grill on order as they don't seem to last long on the beach, the one that is out there is only 6 months old. The washer and dryer was just installed and we are waiting on the company to come back and finish the water lines. As for not being able to reach anyone....there is always a phone number posted on the front door for our guests to contact us. We do not answer the hotel phone after we leave for the day. Again we are a small inn therefore to save on costs we do not have a 24 hour office. If you needed anything during your stay you could have come to the office or called one of us and we would've been more than happy to help. Again, thank you for your review.
