"Room was cleaned, but there was no staff or other guests at the hotel while we were staying. No bedsheets clean up, no changed towels, no collect trash the bin, no drinking water in the room. It’s more like Air bnb not like the hotel. The good thing was the parking lots in front of the hotel. "

"An absolute fairytale stay! The property is located inside a castle and every single detail is beautifully curated, from the gardens to the rooms and the breakfast hall. The views over the Rhine are simply breathtaking. Vielen Dank !"

"It was a great stay. Now we see why they have so many good reviews. It was worth the money."

"A beautiful hotel on the banks of the Rhein. Our room had a balcony with wonderful views. Staff were helpful and attentive. Dinner and breakfast were excellent."

"This is a great place to stay and to eat. Spacious and comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff, and fantastic food!"

"Fairly basic facility, very warm in room with limited AC."

"Unfortunately we had a room facing the railway line which ran pretty much all night so our quality of sleep was poor. Breakfast was excellent and staff were very helpful. Not sure the Sauna / Spa was available (it was not mentioned upon check in)"

"Nette Lage in den Weinbergen."

"Lots of stairs to climb to the upstairs floor. Make sure you check your email to receive the door code as if you come in late at night it can be hard to get in."
