"The location of the hotel was perfect for walking to all excursions, tours and activities that I planned during my stay. The breakfast package is a must as the food was delicious. I highly recommend staying here."

"Generally the property was clean and well maintained. The problem I had was resolved quickly and in a very good way THE PROBLEM IS THE RESTAURANT. The cooking station of omelets etc is terrible, the omelets you always get it cold and burnt, fried eggs cold and burnt. THE SAUSAGES ARE TERRIBLE. Please change the type of sausages or suppliers. They are always hard and taste like you are eating sand. I think it is not the cooking but type of sausages. I have not eaten such terrible tasting...

"Beautiful property and views but food and beverage venues are lacking as is the customer service throughout the hotel."

"Beds were a bit small (2 x doubles) but room had a great view of the city, facilities were good and easy walking distance to everywhere in the city and Northbridge. Would stay again!"

"Really loved this hotel, comfy and great location. Enjoyed the communal working/eating lounge. Didn’t love having to leave my room to make a cuppa and it’s very noisy overnight, that was a surprise to me."

"Very nice staff. Good location. Good breakfast. Clean bedroom and bathroom ."

"Half the hotel is unrenovated, pictures do not match the higher end rooms."

"- After house check in very average: the call button to reception is not visible, nor is there a direct line of site the reception desk - so had to wait awhile - Room service has very limited hours - No mini bar available - which should be standard for the price of the room - No iron/ironing board in room - had to use the hotel app to get one delivered - Lovely room but not a fan of the ensuite door/toilet being right next to the bed"

"A friend and I stayed in a twin share room for one night while in the city to attend a concert. We found the room basic but comfortable, the beds were very comfortable. Location is great with a nice bar/lounge, and Indian restaurant. The buffet breakfast had plenty of choice and the food was nice. There was a gym and pool which we didn't use but they looked good. The only down side was no onsite parking so had to leave the car in a nearby CPP carpark which cost $35. I would recommend it as a...

"As a solo traveler, I find this property very convenient, clean, close to shops, good bar/restaurant downstairs. Room space is small, but bed was comfortable also very good shower head in bathroom."

"Le personnels très souriants, très bon service, quand on est entrée ça nous semblait vieillot mais c’est très bien. Propre, très bon lit et surtout pas de bruit. Je le recommande, de plus il est très bien situé pour faire à pied."

"Breakfast buffet was delicious"

"Good location. Smooth check in."

"Room was clean, quiet, spacious, bathroom was spotless. Staff were polite and extremely helpful, definitely be back"

"On checking in for the 3 nights were we advised there was no parking available & had to park at the convention center (high cost); disappointing being you can't book a car park so it's first come basis. We were then also quizzed about the car we had as they thought we had illegally parked out the front. Listing stated daily housekeeping yet reception informed us it's only every 3 days?? Not what I paid for. Found the staff short & poor communicators. Would not stay again."
