"The hotel staff went out of their way to hep all guests with any hotel and external issues.
The whole hotel was spotlessly clean in all areas both private and public.
I have stayed here twice now and will be going back later this year, I would recommend this hotel without a second thought"

"Easy to get around. Lots of parking. Staff friendly.
Building dated but clean and had an issue with knocking pipes when anyone flushed to loo!"

"Our room was up in the attic & extremely small with a tiny window. I complained & was given a slightly larger room with a bigger window. The bed was small which my partner & I found quite uncomfortable."

"This hotel is a good quality place to stay. Staff are extremely attentive and welcoming. Breakfast was wide ranging, although they only display a limited range of milk. Bedroom was ok, nicely decorated but felt a bit old fashioned. The bed was not the most comfortable. There were limited plug sockets and no USB charging ports."

"Big spacious hotel with good amenities, great breakfast choices and friendly staff. Loved the free use of the spa facilities during our stay. The room furniture is dated and with no room aircon so it can get hot at night but that’s the only criticism."

"Very close to the town, spacious room with a harbour view from the balcony, staff were extremely helpful.
Only downside is the background music playing in the restaurant, which after seven days became very tiresome."
