I’m only going to give 3 stars based on our request that was never fixed. They also gave us room keys to a room that wouldn’t open. They fixed it by upgrading us to a suite. Awesome. Right? Well. It was 72* in the room. We were given a box fan the second time we complained about the room not cooling. We were told that they would fix it through their computer. At midnight it had gone up a degree and I decided not to call because the kids were sleeping. We were told at checkout that they run on a central air type unit and if the two rooms next to us had their heat on or thermostats turned up that the system won’t allow us to get lower temperatures. To finish. The front desk did fix things by taking care of our stay but the damage had been done with having a hard time to sleep.

Huge clean room at a great price. Staff were friendly and helpful. Quite honestly the nicest hotel experience I’ve had in a very long time.

The hotel is in an area called Streets of St. Charles. This area has a number of bars and restaurant. A totally fun area. Hotel itself provides free breakfast and a happy hour in the evening with free drinks and food. Gym is lacking a lot but itherwise, nothing wrong with the place. Staff that I encountered were great.

The woman who checked me in was a breath of fresh air! (Her name began with an "A") She was professional and made me feel very welcomed. It was exactly what I needed after a long day on the road!

Nice hotel in nice area within walking distance of great restaurant/bar. Free dinner at the hotel was marginal (as expected when it’s free), but 3 free drinks for each adult at dinner was nice. Would definitely stay here again.

The happy hour was amazing. It was almost a full dinner. drink ticket were nice for adults and soda for the kids was great. It was also a nice area to hang out later in the evening. The pool area was great for the kids. The rooms were clean and spacious. Would stay there again. Also lots of great food in the area.

This hotel was very clean and as a result we had a comfortable stay. It appears to be a very new hotel. The breakfast was not desirable at all, but the overall stay and staff was a 10/10. The location is excellent with dining and entertainment options. It is also close to the freeway. When in St. Louis again, we will definitely be staying here. Free parking and safe area.

Staff super helpful, welcoming. Food good.. Many amenities right here on same site. Plenty of parking. Only noted bathroom sink needed to drain better, but no real issue. Great stay.
